These beautiful dresses are made to order and can take up to two weeks to be ready for delivery due to them being locally made in-house.
If you do not see your size in the drop-down menu please send us an email, we do take custom orders at no extra cost. These orders can take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive!
This dress was designed with versatility being our main focus. The skirt can be detached from the top so that both pieces can be worn separately. The skirt has side pockets and can be worn independently as a dress by tying the strings over your shoulders. Or the top blouse part can be worn as a statement blouse with your favorite pair of pants. Or the skirt can be worn as a skirt with a crop top, ready for summer! Dress featuring blouson sleeves with exaggerated cuffs and self-cover button and loops down center front.

We at Lootsin want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you find that for some reason you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, we will happily accept the return of an unworn item within 7 business days of receiving the item. In order for Lootsin to refund your purchase please note that items should be in their original condition, including tags and we do not refund the courier cost.
If the pick up option has been chosen and the garments have not been collected after 6 months we will resell the items without giving a refund.
HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the refund. Then send the tagged, unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to the address below. Without this information, we may not be able to refund you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and ask you to provide banking details in order to refund your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You will be refunded in-store credit within 14 business days of the return of the item, minus original shipping charges.
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Each garment we send out is initially quality controlled, however, in the slight case that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace it or refund the cost (in-store credit) as long as it has been returned within 7 days of purchase. Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault.
